Jolanda Howe joined the staff as the children’s ministry coordinator in June of 2019. Before to serving at COS, she worked on training, consulting, and curriculum editing for Faith Alive Christian Resources and served as the children’s ministry coach for The Church Renewal Lab through The Center for Church Renewal. Jolanda is passionate about making space for kids to wonder about God and helping them fully engage in the worship, fellowship, and ministry of the church. Her favorite part is seeing kids grow up to be amazing storytellers, teachers, and leaders in the children’s ministries they were once part of!
When not at church, you’ll probably find Jolanda hanging out with her husband, Jim and kids, Sophie and Oscar. They love playing games, riding bikes, crafting, listening to audiobooks, and cheering on their favorite WNBA teams.
